How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?

Processing Time

Two types of withdrawals are available:

• Standard Withdrawal:
  available for amounts between €10 and €25,000,
  processed within a timeframe of up to 2 business days

• Fast Withdrawal:
  available for amounts between €10 and €1,000,
  processed within a timeframe of up to 24 hours

Additional verifications may exceptionally extend this timeframe.

Receiving the Money

Once your withdrawal is approved, the amount is sent within 1 to 3 business days to your bank account if it is a standard withdrawal and immediately in the case of a fast withdrawal.

The receipt time depends on your banking institution.

Withdrawal Pending

As long as your request is being processed, it appears as "pending".

In this situation, you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → section "History" > "Withdrawals"
