I’d like to change the email address linked to my account. How do I do this?

If you’d like to change the email address linked to your account, click the "forgotten password or email" button on the login page.

You can then authenticate via Itsme and change the email address and password linked to your account.

If this doesn’t work, you can contact our customer service and include a photo of the front and back of your ID card, along with your new email address.
